My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California.
I got speeding ticket on April 18th 2016 for going 85mph, and never received anything in the mail. I've called the superior court multiple times (up to my fourth time), each time they told me to call back in a few weeks because my ticket isn't the system and that my court date which would be a few days from now would be extended. Yesterday they told me to call back in 30 days. How long until I can safely assume my ticket has been lost, and won't be recorded in the system so I don't have to do anything?
