My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Michigan. I wired money for a tractor to a dealer in Wisconsin, but changed my mind on the model. more expensive, but the dealer would not change. they got my money and that's that. however, the tractor has yet to be delivered. question: can I refuse delivery and get my money back that way? or no? thanks. john.
plus, in talking with the GM of that dealership, he said it would cost me 10% ($3,600) of the tractor price to cancel the deal. me no can do. :P
