My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington
Hi all, I've got a contested hearing coming up, I've got the discovery materials, looking through it, the only thing I could find that I think is off is that the officer says the SMD read "80, 76" which is similar to this: http://ift.tt/2965dmk.
So my question is, is this sufficient for a dismissed case? If so, how should I go about making that argument?
And if anyone wants to see the exact wording of the officer's statement, I've uploaded it here: http://ift.tt/1DIaODL
Thanks in advance!
Ninja edit: Oh, and does anyone know if I need to file in advance for any pretrial motions? I couldn't find anything saying definitively one way or the other.
