My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Georgia.
Last year in February I received my first DUI in California. I have already gone one year without a license, paid my fine, and am currently attending a DUI program. I am eligible to get a restricted license right now.
If I moved to Georgia, would I be able to get a license there as well? Should I first get my license here in California, and then move?
