Speeding Tickets: How Do I Contest This Ticket

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of Wa-Seatac
I requested discovery, as suggested previously.
Went to court and chose to contest it vs accept a non-moving violation at a cost, because I was sure I was in the right.
The discovery WAS NOT provided to me prior to the court date. I asked for dismissal, adter proving to the judge I had asked for discovery in a timely fashion.
Then the prosecution says "oh...I didn't realize... and said- "we sent out discovery" provides a copy, said "it was mailed out" with a stamp & date. He CANNOT provide proof it was mailed. Judge dismissed my motion for dismissal and offered me a continuance of 1 month
I was given discovery in the court today.
According to it, there are 2 tuning forks used, but NO WHERE does it mention that it was tested prior to his shift at all. They provided me with a certification of design & construction of the SMD -radar.

Here is the officers sworn statement -states radar model/tuning forks. NOT when it was last tested.

I can upload a copy of the "Certification concerning design and construction of speed measuring devices radar" if needed..
According to this, dated Aug 11, 2015, they do a tuning fork test 1x year.
So the SMD used was last tested that date.

Do I have ANY options to contest my ticket?
I'm SOO lost, I was SURE they'd dismiss it.
Thank you.

My original ticket was for 49 in a 35. The radar "has" me at 55. The ACTUAL speed on that street is 40. The officer DOES state that the ticket should be amended with the speed limit change, but the $ didn't change.
