My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Texas. I got behind on my car payment, and received a Right To Cure letter in the Mail. On the letter, they were giving me till the 29th of this month to pay that amount. On the 24th I made a payment for 260.00. So that left the amount of 231.00 to have paid by the 29th. But on today the 27th, the sent out the recovery guy to retreive the Vehicle. Is that legal and they sent out a letter giving me till the 29th. The young lady told me said that they don't have to go by that letter. So i am wanting to know is that possible and legal to be done?
