My question involves insurance law for the state of: CA
Some one else run the red light and hit my new prius pushing it more than 90 degrees at first the damages were just cosmetic, picked up once and the wheel made noise took it back to the toyota shop and they found more damage. Picked up the car and now it wants to go to the right the steering wheel is not aligned as before there is noise coming front the front of the car and there is vibrations coming from the motor when im at full stop or before pressing the gas pedal.
They keep finding more damages can they total the car if i push for it .
They have put about 4,000 on it and the kbb value is around 15,000
I really dont want the car as it doesnt feel and drives as before mostly the noise it makes.
