Hi I am 20 years old. I have been with my boyfriend for almost 3 years. We both have pending drug charges. I never had a criminal record. My boyfriend on the other hand has past drug charges. We were let but on bail with conditions, one is non association. Despite that condition we kept seeing each other. We tried to wait until our trail but it keep getting moved and we gave in. About a week ago we were caught together. I went infront of a judge and he dismissed my charges (he was very nice to me). My boyfriend is still in jail and waiting for his bail hearing. I want to know if there is anyway to get this non association charges lifted or modified. I don't want to risk getting caught and having a criminal record. If there is anyway, please let me know. I've been researching and haven't really found anything. This would not only help me but any other female in a similar situation.
