My question involves an accident that occurred in the state of: Alabama
I was pulling into my college campus today (samford university) and as i pull in the gate closes and i hit it. it broke off and landed on my car completely ruining the hood, front bumper, and side bumper. The gate is supposed to be pinned back until 10 pm i hit it at 330. Somehow it detached from being pinned back. It is private property. how do i go about making sure they pay for it.
