I did 2 years of tasc probation for felony theft, yesterday was my termination of probation hearing, in which my lawyer was able to have my felony expunged, he filed the motion 2 years ago, my question is now that my felony is expunged how do I go about restoring my gun rights? I had my foid card but it was revoked due to the theft. Thanks in advance.
