My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Texas
The entrance to this commercial plaza only has one arrow pointing in and one arrow pointing out but no defined lines to separate lanes or traffic. Truck in front of me leaned towards the middle left of this lane and his front two tires touched the bike lane, I then proceed to move forward hugging the right side to turn right and end up almost next to him but on his blind spot. So now we are both next to each other but I'm turning right and I thought he would turn left or straight but he does not. He does not indicate where he is going to turn and proceeds forward onto the bike lane then turns to his right and his rear passenger side of his truck hits my front driver side bumper. Officer tells me he does not know who is at fault and that apparently his colleague who is more versed in traffic issues will help him tomorrow determine who's at fault.He did not give me a citation but did say he wants to say it is my fault but wont until his partner hears the story. Can someone with knowledge of either Texas Transportation Codes or in general tell me who you think is at fault? Let me reiterate he did not signal where he was turning, he hugged the left side of the lane and his front tires touched the bike lane. I have attached a drawing to see if you all can more less help me figure out who's at fault? Thanks everyone I appreciate your input and time.
