I have a child. My girlfriend and I are soon to be married. I would love for her to be able to adopt my son since she already treats him as her own. The father is not in the picture. He has agreed to sign away his parental rights. Is it possible in Kentucky after the ruling allowing for same sex couples to marry? We plan on marrying first.
