My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: I got back my guilty result from judge and now I want to have a new trial, can the use the cops declaration or is it a whole new thing . also I asked the cop for the informal discovery and all he sent was notes on back of citation,wasn't he suppose to send me what he declared on his response to my T B D
He stated that the reason why he stooped me was because he is familiar with the area and seen me coming onto the freeway from the direction where 3 axles are prohibited
