Judgment Issues: Is a Bank Garnishment Legal when 65% of Wages Are Already Being Garnished

My question involves court procedures for the state of: Kansas
Hopefully someone can shed some light for me . I currently have a garnishment order for child support that is 65% of my wages and then a hospital that filed a bank garnishment agiasnt me . i tried fighting it with a quash of garnishment, provided my bank account, and payroll info at a continuance and he then denied my quash of garnishment, the attourney for the hospital stated that he couldn't find any case law to support the quash, and that when the judge denied my quash of garnishment. I was under the impression that federal law says 65% was the maximum. Any input would be much appreciated. I work a whole pay period for absolutely no money !
