My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Tennessee
I am not legally divorced but my husband had to leave the home because the the restraining order last year. I was letting him keep his things here and let him stay here sometimes. Recently I started seeing the same controlling & verbally abuse behavior & asked him to leave but he won't. Can I call the police and make him leave. I rent & only my name is on the lease.
