My question involves criminal records for the state of: ILLINOIS. Hi, was wondering if I'm eligible for my civil rights being restored. Only one felony on record which is a Cook County Illinois class 4 aggravated DUI from 2010. Sentencing was 30 days at county jail + 2 years probation. No violent crimes nor domestic charges on record. What is the process, if I'm eligible, for firearms restoration/civil right restoration?
