My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia
My question is a detective followed me from a river on a dirt road with no visable speed limit signs he pulled in behind me at the intersecting paved road he then turned his lights on as soon as we passed through the light. I then pulled over and the officer then got behind me and took the word of the detective that I was driving too fast for conditions on a dirt road with actually seeing for him self what my driving was like. How do I fight this?
