My question involves restraining orders in the State of: KS
My ex-girlfriend filed a restraining order against me that was completely ludacris that the judge granted. Unfortunately she and I live less than a mile from each other and work at neighboring buildings that is about 5 – 7 miles away from where we live. This morning I’m driving the same route I’ve always driven look to my right and she’s driving right next to me. She looked and saw at which time I made sure to speed up so it didn’t look like I was following her. Did I violate the restraining order? I can’t help the fact we live and work so close to each other and drive the same route to work.
