Trespassing: Wrongly Arrested for Trespassing

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York. My son was participating in an internship through his HS which he went to on Tuesdays and Thursday's the owner of the location ask him if he could come in one day on the weekend to help out cause one of his employees was taking the day off. My son say agreed and stated he can come in on Saturday. Now normally the place opens at 10am so my son is usually there at 7:30am to clean up and do everything on the list to ensure his job is done right( he's very responsible) so on Saturdays they open at 9am so he went in at 6:30am.. Now keep in mind he has this entire conversation with the owner via text asking him to come in on Saturday!! So as my son was inside about to start his duties police show up knocking on the door asking him to open up they ask what is he doing there and he told them he works there and show them the keys..they told him some called and reported trespassing so my son call the owner who answered then hung up.. Then to police called him.. When they ask the owner if he knew my son was there he say no and that he wanted to press charges so they arrested him.. My son just turned 18 less than a month ago never been in trouble with the law.. Now his been arrested fingerprinted and had his mugshot taken. He's scarred from this experience.. Now he has to return to court in a month he's being charged with trespassing.. He showed the police all the text messages between him and the owner showing that he was asked to do a favor and come in that day but they still arrested him.. Can this be dismissed easily and removed from his record as well as the fingerprinting and mugshot.. And lastly can I sue the owner for pain and suffering and wrongful arrest.. Please assist me with advice!!
