My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: Florida
My daughter was in a accident last year (Feb 2015)in Tamp Fl where she bumped into this lady that was walking behind the car. She sued our insurance company for something like $25,000 and they paid the claim back in Dec 2015, today we received court paper from the civil court saying that we were being sued by her. Named in the complaint was my daughter my wife and I. My wife is the owner for the car. So my question can she sued us again after the insurance company already paid out for the claim
