My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: Ohio was given a car from a family member but the title is from indiana they signed over the title but it's not notarized which I don't believe they need to do in indiana but Ohio requires title to be notarized so do I need to have them get the title notarized for me to get title in my name?
