Transfer of Title: Can I Sign Over My Joint Interest in My Car Without Involvement of Spouse

I want to junk my car, but my separated spouse won't talk to me, so I can't get rid of it. Can I just sign it over to her without her involvement? What are my options besides having to file for divorce?
