I notice anytime you go to the hospital, even for routine bloodwork, etc they ask you if you've 'done' anything illegal or
legal within x period.
If they find anything (although, I'd assume it'd be a specific test...)
What can/will they do to you?
Is doctor-patient privilege a legally sound pratice? Obviously if the hospital is subpeonaed they have to turn over said records of drug use?
Further, could insurance companies get ahold of this information and subsequently raise your rates?
