My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: New York
Hello
Our shop does repairs and the receipt didn't state that accidental damage voids the warranty. We replaced a screen for someone and then they cracked it again. Then they called the credit card company and did a chargeback. It that a "common knowledge" that accidental damages void the warranty or does it have to be explicitly stated.
And if so, what is the exact wording that we have to use.
