My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Indiana & Maryland.
The child's father is from MD but the child was born in IN where I am from. We have been on decent terms but he recently told me that if we come to visit he would keep her for a while then send her back. She is 5 months. He threatened that he would file for custody and I am scared he will win or whatever. He left for MD when she was 2 weeks and hasn't been back since but he does hold a job and I am just in school full time.
