My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: CA
I live in Irvine, CA and I am a new business owner since April of 2016. My previous lease was for $2500 a month ending in April of 2017. The landlord sad if I continue the lease, I will be out guaranteed by the end of it. I signed a new lease for $3500 on October of 2016. The landlord did not allow anything more than a month to month. The landlord again wants me to sign a new lease for $4500 for November of 2016, again only month to month. Is this legal? What are my options?
