Someone needs to change the laws about these things. Basically in America now, any arrest can be found and shown on someones record. And employers are turning people away based on this information exactly the same as if there was a conviction. It's to the point that the perspective employee is now discriminated against the same as someone who was convicted. And that is not right! I hear all the time about due process and such, but if the end outcome is the same as a conviction on someone's day to day life, what is the point?
