My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Nevada
Last year my current husband was offered an amazing job in Atlanta. He moved out there by himself to work and make sure it was everything we were promised before me and the kids moved. Our order was from AZ at the time. My ex filed a motion to enter a foreign judgement and restrict me from moving. We both had attorneys and I ended up losing and my husband moved back here. Now my ex moved to AZ (two hours away) and my husband was contacted by the job in Atlanta and offered the same position.
Can we move and Nevada loses Jurisdiction because nobody lives here?
What would be the easiest way to get to Atlanta?
