My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Indiana
My 36 year old son has dyslexia and is having a hard time finding and holding a job.
he recently got fired and they told him that although he was a good worker, he got things messed up. They initially told him he would have training but they just told him what to do and then put him into the position with no one to ask questions of. They have certain days that they pick one thing and other days they pick another. He did not follow the days but he was confused.
Is there anything with ADA that can help him keep a job? Is there anything he can do to help him keep a job? He is really depressed as he really liked this job. It was picking eggs for packing.
Thanks.
