My question involves court procedures for the state of: New Jersey Ocean County. I am the Moving party and reading the court Case Disposition Details. It states that the Defendant party has "DEFAULTED" IS THIS SAME AS DEFAULT JUDGEMENT? Because They did "NOT" provide any discoveries. Seriously, my lawyer seems to be telling me bunch of BS. I feel he is playing both sides! HE ALSO STATES THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT 90 DAYS BEFORE PURSUING CLAIMS? WHY?? He said that they have 90 days so the defending party may ask for "Vacate" or reinstate their case. Is this true? Why should I give them time? They Defrauded me. What are the steps moving forward?? :wallbang: Your Help will be greatly appreciated!
