My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Mississippi
On May 4,2016 with out warning or notice mother of my 18 month old girl,said she was going to Neighboors and never returned,10 days later found out she took my baby to Arizona,I have tried every thing but court to get her to let the baby come back home,1st my ex sister said she would let baby come home if I showed her proof of my bills being paid even thow this is none of her business I showed her,next they told me via text and I recorded phone calls they said they would write up agreement have it notarized told her i would agree if baby came home no later than she and I both agreed,next dAy she called said she need another day I told her 1 more or we will just settle in court,next day it changed from a 3week and 3week to if we get in any kinda legal trouble than that parent loses coustody,I agreed she told me fly down get baby 27th today,already paid for plane ticket and today again changed to Tuesday,I have talked to lawyer in Arizona and he told me she can't file any legal paper work through courts there till after 6months,the sad thing she could careless whAt this is doing to baby this is her home everything she knows,I have been with her from beganing from birth,to every dr apt even durning pregnancy,to her first laugh there's nothing in her life I have or would miss,I'm on birth certificate and signed voluntary acknowledgment at hospital,I have pictures of her marijuana pipes,she would and I know for fact fail for Adderal,suboxone,Percocet,she would steel my prescribed Adderal got to point had to hide bottle all over house same with pain meds from 4 surgeries on my hand,what do I need to do to get my baby home,she's living with her sister and baby sleeping in bed with mother,I have saved and recorded all phone calls and text,they using my baby as a weapon and not caring how much damage its doing to baby, sorry if post was long and I know what her defense is going to be when and if this gos to court,abuse I have been with her 8yrs never hit her,we have had some nasty nasty arguments but that's it I have no record the police have never been called out to our home no pictures no nothing,just one of the many lies she's telling people,don't care just wanna get my baby home please help or point me in right direction and truly sorry for long post today makes 24 days she's been keep from me
