Visitors and Guests: Im Co-Owner with Girlfriend Were Splitting I Moved Out to Be Nice and Now New Guy in

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: im co-owner of a house in north bend wa. monthly statement says im primary she co-borrower. dont think it matters but anyway we are not married and now after 10 years and five in the house she wants to split well im pushing her to get out pretty quick cause she did sleep with my 22 year best friend. and when i found it out i agreed to take off to my parents house ( in fall city ) so her and her mom could stay and figure out what to do with all her familys things and find a place to go. that was almost a moth and a half ago and i went up only once so far to check on progress and nothing has even moved acually looks fuller then it was but thats not my issuee. my issue is that im 99.9% sure that she has moved in my ex-best friend. so not only am i paying the mortgage and most of the other bills while not living there she has brought in the one person that i really really REALLY dont want there and to boot nor him or her mother are paying for anything. and even her ( co-borrower) has only payed the power once i hace been sole breadwinner for almost 8-10 months. so my question is what can i do to hurry them up and or keep the peoplesvarthumle86@gmail.com out i dont want there.
