Special Needs and Accommodation: Do I Have Grounds to Iniate Suit with My University

My question involves education law in the State of: Texas, a semester back I provided the office that deals with students who have disability accommodation proof and documentation of my disorder(narcolepsy)as well documentation of an emergency surgery that I had to undergo due to nerve damage, they failed to accommodate my need for testing to be rescheduled which resulted in me failing a class and tried to bully me with with the use of university policy to punish me because they failed to be in compliment with reasonable accommodations under the ada, moving forward do I have grounds to file suit? Also they felt that it was acceptable to search my person for testing material that I wasn't supposed to have despite me emptying my pockets into my bag prior to taking a test, but feel free to correct if my assumption is incorrect but doesn't the 4th amendment to the constitution prohibit unreasonable search and seizure without probable cause?
