My question relates to legal practice in the state of: Maryland.

What is the Realistic Fee Arrangement with Lawyer ?

Thanks for replies. I posted threads of my situation on Consumer Law/Auto Accident.

I am considering to get help from lawyer for the following.

• Flat fee for the drafting of a complaint
• Flat fee for each motion that I ask to draft
• All other legal requests per hour in their office
• All other legal requests per hour in in Court

What is the realistic $ range for each of above?

Are there any drawback in the above arrangement?

Are there any alternate?
