Custody and Visitation Issues: School Break Schedule "Not Adopted at This Time" Temporary Order

My question involves a child custody case from the State of California:

I have a temporary court order that states that the school break schedule is "not adopted at this time". Before I got this order, I had agreed to let my child's father have my child for half of spring break. We go back to court in the beginning of June. If I let my child go be with his/her father for the second half of spring break, will I be violating the court order and therefore have it look badly on me when we go back to court? The father keeps pestering me about letting him/her go to the father's house for spring break even though it is against the court order. Tells me that I should do it because I "know it's the right thing to do". I don't care what he thinks, but I had originally told my child(before I got the order in the mail) that he/she was going to get to spend half of spring break with his/her father and the child was excited about it. However, the father had a CPS case opened up against him regarding his girlfriends kids and the fighting that happen at their house. That is why the court date was delayed, in order to see the outcome of the CPS case. I had originally said on "Talking Parents" that my child could spend half of spring break with the father, now I am telling him no because the court order says it "in not adopted at this time". Now I don't know what to do.
