Towing: Do I Have Any Recourse Vehicle Towed Out of My Own Driveway . Predatory Tow Company

My question involves a nonconsenting tow from the state of: Colorado

A tow truck pulled into my driveway and hooked up to my truck. I ran out and confronted him as to why he was towing my truck his reply was "parked on Landscaping" . I'll admit there is a short 4 feet of rock between my shed and the end of the asphalt and my back tires were actually on the rock and not physically on asphalt . But as far as I'm concerned it's still part of the driveway. It's not like I was parked out on the front lawn.

As far as the property, It's a trailer park , and I'm going to assume there's something somewhere in the lease that forbids "Parking on the landscaping" (I'm not the leaseholder and never read the lease).
The driveway is approximately 70' long with 4 feet of rock and then the shed. with the adjacent lot's fence right next to the asphalt on one side and my home on the other side (very narrow).

As far as the tow company , They're vultures, they are out here every day and night looking for opportunistic hook-ups. And fine whatever, If I'm dumb enough to park in a No Parking / Tow away zone , I deserve it. But I was parked in my freaking driveway! They gave no opportunity for me to move the truck off the rocks, no notice, no warning of Violation , Just hook up and get a $235 tow fee.
Should I bother to file in small claims court or chalk it up to opportunistic crew just got away with extortion?
