My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
I was recently accused of theft to which was a class A Misdemeanor, I had to turn my self in, hire a lawyer and it has been ongoing court appearances for about 8 months. Someone recently plead guilty to this case and I am pretty sure that my charges are going to be dismissed, my question is should I sue the company that accused me of this?
I have missed work multiple times, had to go to jail. I am also having trouble finding new work due to this charge, I just want to know if it would be worth my while to sue them
