My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana
We know a really good young man who is living what we believe is really unacceptable conditions. he is "Grounded" from about everything for nothing. He tries to wrestle on the high school team, help the younger kids from the JR High, he has missed two meets because his mom says he rude. We have picked him up from football practice when his mom has fallen asleep and forgot about him. This young man is the politest kid we have ever known. He just got a job and his check is put on a debit card, his mom took right away. He is not aloud to do anything. His mom don't even have custody of him, his dad does, but don't really want anything to do with him. We are willing to take him and let him finish school, sports and get him back and forth to work. Is there anything we can do?
