My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington the other night my husband and I went to the store to get dinner and while we were gone my husband's insurance money came up missing. Mind you, we were only gone 10 minutes and they were the ONLY people here at the time. But of course they will not admit fault. My question is if I called the police to report this would they be arrested?!
