I had.I was recently pulled over on 11/19/2017 doing 101 on a 55 mile zone lane. Yes I know stupid I learned my lesson. My question is the CHP that cited me didn’t circle radar or Lidar what does that mean? I know this ain’t no misdemeanor or felony. Another question once I have that charge can they change it or file any additional chargers
