Probate Court Procedure: File a Pleading by a Pro Se Heir

My question involves estate proceedings in the state of Texas.

I am a pro se heir living outside the U.S.A. and I would like to know if there is a way to file a pleading for a Partial Distribution representing myself. Could it be done through an email, a letter or is there another method?
