My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio
My ex husband is now $6400 in arrears on support, not including medical bills he hasn't paid. He claims he has no job and no income. He still lives in his house, has a cell phone, a vehicle, his property taxes get paid, he goes on vacation, etc. Can the courts require him to show his bank records or to require some type of proof of how a person who makes $0 is able to pay their bills for almost a year and travel?
