Hopefully I am in the right area. A publishing house with whom I had a book published apparently has gone out of business, (Publish America/America Star). They do not respond to phone or email inquiries, many other writers and I believe the state attorney generals office, report the same. My question is, does the publishing rights to my book revert back to me in this case? I am not interested in law suits, I just want to make sure the publishing rights are mine again so I can republish. Thanks in advance.
