We live in Texas and my fiance purchasef a truck but never switched over the title. The seller did sign the back and signed and dated a bill of sale which i have. Here is where it be comes difficult.i need to add my name to title switch it under both our names to be able to get A title loan to pay a lawyer to piles with the courts to release him after a week in jail for failure to show up for court. How can i go about doing this
