My question involves independent contractors in the state of: California.
On my contract, I am am listed as an outside dealer. We, however, had morning meetings that consisted of 2 hours of skills training each day.
Additionally, we were given an exact pitch and how to work through our territories, demonstrating a significant amount of control.
Is the work contract correct that I am an outside dealer, or am I a 2-hour per day employee and an outside dealer? I am commission only as an outside dealer.
