My question involves court procedures for the state of: washington. I dated and lived with a guy for a year until last year. Over the time I lived with him he was very verbally and emotionally abusive, he didn't pay rent for three months and got evicted. We put all of our belongings into a large storage unit. He had me arrested last January for DV saying that I bent his glasses. This was very traumatizing for me as he was the abuser. I tried to get help from the courts and no one would help me. I became homeless with my two kittens through last summer. I was ordered to do a bunch of stuff for the courts I ended up moving far away to get myself back together. I am back in the area for a while now and waiting to get this Warren quashed and hopefully case closed. I never did get any of my belongings back from him and I am not supposed to contact him per an order. I found out that my 19 year old daughter is in a relationship with him no and living with him he is 56. I want my belongings back that were in his storage unit. I have recordings of the. We all abuse from him as well as witnesses that can attest to the fact that he was abusing and kept all of my belongings. What do I do.
