My question involves a child support case from the State of: Pa. My Bd cheated on me and had a child with another woman who is 7 weeks older than our daughter. Now that her baby is born, she wants to get full custody and take him to child support. He deserves to pay child support to her but we do not want him to get raped by the system and he can't afford to help with his daughter we already have. What's options do we have to lower the support? He is not on child support with my child so should I try and take him first? If I take him first and I get awarded a lot of money, would that make her support order lower because mines will be priority? Would they calculate his income minus what my support order is or would they split the order down the middle? Basically would it be beneficial to us if I take him to child support first?
