My ex husband is requesting that I have the kids waiting at the curb for him. He is an alcoholic and I want to see and talk to him before the kids go with him to make sure he has not been drinking. Can he force me to have them at the curb? Can I keep the children in the house till he comes to the door ignoring that he is sitting outside?
