My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: CA. Long Beach in particular.
Our curbs were recently repainted. The city only repainted a portion of the original red line. So now we have a bright red line and some of the faded original line. The repainted portion is the same length as the repainted line across the street.
I parked in a portion of the faded red line and received a parking violation. Am I able to park in the faded red area? If not, why wouldn't the city paint the entire original red line to make it clear, that's the red curb? Do I have cause to dispute the ticket?
Thank you!
