My question involves a child custody case from the State of: California
As NCP I agreed for CP to have three weeks vacation. She regularly use this time to take from my visitation schedule, which is every other weekend, and every other Tu/Th. It usually coincides with an activity that she has planned that falls on one of my weekends.
In this instance the Holiday schedule gives us alternating MAJOR holidays of which Labor day weekend our kid is with my family. She is stating that she is going to take one day out of this weekend.
Am i missing something here? Can she do this? And if she can what would prevent her from doing this for every holiday that he is scheduled with me? :confused:
